Relax into each pose, releasing tension and tightness which you may have held for years.

Soften into your breath and body and just be. Right where you need to be.

Relaxing music, comfortable blankets, supported by gravity and the comfortable props around you.

✨ Yoga is not all about balancing the longest and touching your toes!

Much of yoga is about settling into the body and allowing yourself to notice your breath and any sensations around your body.

I had the absolute pleasure to partner up with the team at Hybrid Fitness Hub to bring their first full yoga session last Friday evening!

Some were brand new to yoga, others a little more seasoned experts, but we all came together on a gorgeous Friday eve to stretch, flow and breathe at the end of a busy week ✨

Thanks so much Garden_&_Beach_ for introducing me to these guys and I can’t wait for the full NEW gym space to be open this summer ☀️

Meeting gorgeous groups of ladies, helping them settle and relax into their bodies, switch off from planning mode and just be, there on the mat!

☀️ And we have been so lucky this year that all of the hen do’s I have had the honour of teaching at have been outdoors in the sunshine and surrounded by nature ✨

We are here, already taking part every month, calling it mini-weights for beginners. Making it fun and motivating eachother.

✨ At the moment we meet once a month for weights and weekly for yoga!

Lower risk of premature death by 13%
Lower risk of cardiovascular disease by 19%.
Lower death by neurological disease such as dementia lowers by 27% - this is massive!

Just that little pocket of time, just for you and perhaps having a chat with likeminded people? Or just time to be.

To enjoy yoga, meditation, relaxation, water therapy, nourishing food and just fully unplugging?

✨ I absolutely love offering day retreats and opportunities for people to step out of their busy life, through a yoga class, half or full day retreat.

Next two dates are:
-> 6th June: women’s health afternoon, offering Physio and yoga insight to all the changes that occur in midlife.

-> 22nd June: a beautiful summer solstice celebration, yoga to reset, nourishing lunch and doterra oil immersion session.

Ever found yourself wanting to join a new Yoga class but talked yourself out of it?

“I’m not flexible enough”

“I won’t know anyone there”

“I don’t have the right kit”

✨ This used to be me, and probably many of my customers.

That’s why I have built and designed classes and retreats that are accessible to people that want to bring Yoga into their life to improve their overall life. Not just to look good!

8 things I try to do every day to improve my mental health (I started with 5, but realised it’s a constant process!) ✨

1. Get out in nature (if I don’t I feel rubbish).

2. Have a chat. Simple but try it, just have a longer chat with a colleague, friend or family member.

3. Listen. Listen to the person you are chatting to. Phone away, look and listen. Try it!

4. Have a decent coffee. One a day, perfect!

5. Yoga obvs. Doesn’t have to be a full class, breath focus, stretching, practicing. Many of these points come from Yoga tradition.

6. Hang out with my cat. She was the most nervous rescue cat, now look at her!

7. Eat healthier. If I don’t I feel rubbish. Literally a take away now, makes me feel like I’ve got a hangover!

8. Hang out with my kids. Again it doesn’t need to be epic, but a conversation and listen after school or at bed time (often on their terms). But when they want to chat, I try to be there for it 💕
