Motivation comes and goes. Consistency is what changes you! 🔥🐯
Everyone wants more motivation.
Most people actually need better habits.
Motivation is fantastic when it’s there, but it’s a terrible strategy to rely on, because it isn’t reliable 🤷♀️.
The women who build strength, confidence and fitness aren’t necessarily more motivated than everyone else.
They’ve just stopped waiting to feel like it before they take action.
One workout won’t change your life. But showing up consistently, even when motivation is low, absolutely can.
The things that help them the most?
✅ Booking the PT appointment
✅ Showing up
✅ Giving it what you’ve got
