Motivation comes and goes. Consistency is what changes you! 🔥🐯

Everyone wants more motivation.
Most people actually need better habits.

Motivation is fantastic when it’s there, but it’s a terrible strategy to rely on, because it isn’t reliable 🤷‍♀️.

The women who build strength, confidence and fitness aren’t necessarily more motivated than everyone else.

They’ve just stopped waiting to feel like it before they take action.

One workout won’t change your life. But showing up consistently, even when motivation is low, absolutely can.

The things that help them the most?
✅ Booking the PT appointment
✅ Showing up
✅ Giving it what you’ve got

Yes that might differ day to day. But you’re still there.

You are not the only one!

Most of the women you have seen on this page, and the others that you haven’t, started exactly where you are right now. Worrying about:

👉 Not knowing what they’re doing
👉 Feeling out of place or judged
👉 Thinking you need to get fitter or stronger before you even start

Sometimes you just need to lift heavy! 💪

Today, it’s exactly what I needed — and now I feel so much better.

✅ Stressed? Lift heavy.
✅ Sad? Lift heavy.
✅ Energetic? Lift heavy.
✅ Anxious? Lift heavy.
✅ Feeling weak? Prove yourself wrong… lift heavy.

Seriously, in most situations lifting heavy helps you organise yourself. Your thoughts, your focus, your energy — all the stuff that’s going on and making you feel out of whack.

And to be clear, I mean heavy for you, on that day. 🔥

If you’re feeling challenged by the world, meet it straight on with a barbell in your hands and challenge it right back.
