Over the past two weekends I’ve spent six days starting my training for facial acupuncture and it’s been amazing!! I have absolutely loved doing the treatments (and receiving them!) and feel so excited about it!

I can’t wait to start offering this later in the year, but I have more training to do and case studies first.

Facial acupuncture is not purely cosmetic (although you will look fabulous afterwards!). It’s therapeutic too as it’s rooted in traditional acupuncture. Careful placement of very fine, sterile needles at specific points on the face will support overall balance and treatments can address underlying factors such as stress, muscle tension, sleep quality, and general vitality.

Plus facial acupuncture will stimulate circulation, encourage collagen production and increase blood flow and oxygen to the skin helping to improve skin tone and texture, soften the appearance of fine lines, and reduce puffiness leaving you with a radiant glow!

So it offers a subtle, holistic approach to skin health as well as general health that focuses on supporting the body’s natural functions rather than forcing change and it is a gentle, restorative alternative to more invasive cosmetic treatments.

This foot balm is definitely the new Springtime favourite in the pod!

A gorgeous blend of Sweet orange, Petitgrain and Neroli which help to reduce stress and promote emotional balance. These oils also have natural mood enhancing qualities that create a feeling of joy. And it smells so lovely!

When you come for a treatment you always get to choose from a variety of balms all blended with top quality easential oils which will benefit you alongside your reflexology.

Sometimes you might decide to choose one for a particular issue you have or you may just be drawn to particular aromas!

One thing is for sure, my pod always smells amazing!

I’ve been getting great feedback from clients that have had auricular acupuncture alongside their reflexology recently, why not give it a try!

You’ll hardly notice the tiny needles being popped into your ears and you can lay back and enjoy foot reflexology while they work their magic, perfect!

I can also apply some ear seeds for you to go away with! These are tiny magnets that are applied to the ears and will carry on stimulating the relevant points over the next few days.

⭐️ Gift Vouchers! ⭐️

If you’re stuck for a gift idea why not treat someone to a reflexology session, which can be foot reflex, facial reflex or a combination of both!

My vouchers come in a box so you have something to wrap and there is a small handmade lavender bag on each one! You can also have a (very short!) message stamped on the front, just a few words as there’s not much room!

They can also be used towards any of my workshops so if you’d like something to look forward to in the new year how about treating a friend and you can come along to a workshop together!

Next year I’ll still be offering my hand reflexology workshops as well as my facial reflexology ones. They’re always a lovely fun evening and you’ll learn some great skills for your wellbeing!

For nearly a year now I’ve been learning and practicing auricular acupuncture, and it’s a therapy that I love so much!

As soon as my garden pod is up and running (which should be in the next couple of weeks!) and I get my license I’ll be offering this alongside reflexology for anyone who’d like to experience it!

Me and my daughter Liberty are walking a marathon on Sunday (and it’s going to be a scorcher!!) We’ve left it a bit late to organise fundraising but we really wanted to support a charity who have helped dear friends of ours after the loss of their beautiful, courageous, clever, kind and funny daughter Ellie.

Anything that you can contribute to help keep this small, local chatity running would be truly appreciated, just a couple of quid would be fab!
