Tell me you’re in denial about being back from holiday without telling me ….

The North Sea was a chilly reminder of life in the uk - gorgeous none the less to have a plunge in between teaching classes today

We are making a conscious effort now we are home to maintain a balance with work and life …. To spent time refilling our cups so we can keep giving

Maybe you’re in need of your cup being topped up too … whether it’s a class with us, coffee in the sunshine or slowing down to appreciate what’s around you …
