✨ Honoured to be invited to hold a Sound Bath at this beautiful Women’s Retreat ✨

There is something incredibly special about walking into a room full of women who have spent the last two days reconnecting with themselves and being able to offer them a space to simply rest, receive and integrate

As the sound of the bowls filled the room, the energy softened, shoulders dropped and the collective exhale was almost tangible 💫

Thank you to the retreat organisers for inviting me to be part of such a wonderful experience, and to every woman who shared the session with such openness and presence

Experiences like this remind me why I love offering sound baths. In a world that constantly asks us to do more, they offer a rare opportunity to slow down, tune in and simply be

Join us in Christchurch park on Thursdays at 6:30pm for an easy, inclusive community run open to all abilities and experience levels. Whether you want to jog, run, chat, or simply get outside, this is for you.

We’ll begin with a gentle warm up, move together at a comfortable pace, and finish with a cool down stretch 💚

Come on your own or bring a friend and be part of something that makes you feel good!

Meet at the top of Hippy Hill next to the play park, there will be a Yogability flag visible

A little sneak peek into what is going to be a wholesome, nourishing lunch. It may not look like much at the moment but before your eyes lays a fabulous Buddha bowl with the option to either dress it in a lime and cashew cream or an avocado Green Goddess sauce. 🥑✨

This is just a small taste of the love that we pour into each and every retreat we run, from the food, Yoga, Pilates, and creative workshops. We truly put our heart and soul into every aspect of this experience.❤️✨
