Yesterday’s leg session was dedicated entirely to the man himself… with 50 reps in honour of turning 50 💪

Ian first started out attending our weekly BOOTCAMPS, and now he absolutely smashes our Group PT sessions twice a week while also taking part in our yearly mud runs with the team 🏃‍♂️

His dedication, consistency, and strength are unreal — honestly moving like a 30-year-old, not 50 👏

Ian is proof that age is just a number when you commit to your fitness and health.

Massive congratulations to Sarah for completing the Midnight Walk for St Elizabeth Hospice on Saturday 🏥

A charity event that means so much to so many people, and another incredible achievement added to an already impressive list of cardio events completed across the UK 🎯

🏅 Ipswich Half Marathon
🏅 Halloween 25km
🏅 Jurassic Coast 59km

All of this is building towards an even bigger challenge next year… Everest Base Camp ⛰️

We’ve had the pleasure of coaching Sarah for a while now and it’s been amazing to watch her continue to grow stronger, fitter, and more resilient with every challenge she takes on. The hard work never stops, and neither does she 💪

Huge congratulations to our client Roy on completing an incredible 50-mile challenge! 🔥

Starting in Trimley yesterday at 3pm, Roy crossed the finish line in Harwich at 2:40am, finishing an amazing 9th overall! 🏃‍♂️

13 Fitness UK were proud to support Roy from Leg 2 to 3 along the stunning coastline of the River Stour 🌊

Through consistent PT sessions, we’ve helped Roy build the strength and endurance needed to take on:
🏅 This 50-mile event
🏅 The Aldeburgh 50km
🏅 3 London Marathons
🏅 2 Ipswich Half Marathons

We also made sure his nutrition was dialled in to keep him fuelled and performing at his best for every race 🍽️
