Thank you Rosie Labyrinth of Nurture for a fascinating evening this evening. We learnt all about metal and crystal singing bowls (even the sciencey bit about the different metals), what they are used for and how to use them. Then we spilled out into the shop and gave them all a try. Very interesting! Thank you to everyone who came :)

Come and join us on our Singing Bowls workshop with Rosie Labyrinth of Nurture . We will learn about and experiment with the singing bowls. We will be trying them out and learning about all the different uses of them. We had so much fun the last time we did this - even filling them with water and cleansing crystals in them! Monday 24th August 7 - 9pm £10.00 per person.

Singing Bowl workshop

Do you have a singing bowl but not sure what to do with it ?

Or you want to buy one and you're overwhelmed with the choices

This workshop will take you through an introduction to both Himalayan and crystal singing bowls. How to choose one and techniques for playing them.

We'll look at the difference between metal and Crystal bowls, And why you choose one over the other.

We'll cover what you can use them for, what to look for when buying and how to care for your bowl.

You will have a chance to play the bowls, and practice using them in different ways.

There will be bowls to use during the workshop but please feel free to bring your own and get some tips on using it.
