Massive thank you to Ian Michael Gosling for a mind boggling evening this evening on numerology. I will be dreaming of numbers tonight but at least I will know what it all means 😁😍. Thank you to everyone who came and learned a little bit more about themselves, their life path and their destiny!

** This date is now fully booked. I will try to organise another date with Ian ** On Tuesday 9th June we will be having a Numerology evening hosted by Ian Gosling. He will be talking briefly on the universal language of numbers then will go round the room and interpret birth names, birth dates or house numbers to give us an insight into how and who we are. By using the numbers of my full birth name he has already done an amazing reading for me. He is very accurate! Come and join us here in the Healing Room for what will be a very interesting evening!

Oak Leaf Wine Recipe
1/2 bucket of fresh oak leaves ( not squished in)
Add 1k sugar, 1/2k raisins, juice of 2 lemons.
Add 5 litres of boiling water. Cover and leave to stand till blood temperature.
Add 1 teaspoon of white wine yeast
Leave for 5 days with a cover on.
Strain into a sterilised ( we use boiling water and several drops of tea tree oil )demijohn and add an air lock.
Leave somewhere cool for about 3 months.
Syphon into another demijohn leaving the debris behind. Top up with spring water. Use an air lock and leave for 3 months.
Syphon into sterilised bottles( screw top bottles are easier than corks) and leave for 6 months.

We had the most beautiful drum circle last night. It was so grounding I forgot to take a couple of photos, so I'm sharing Rosie's post. Last nights drum circle was lovely, medicine I needed as much as anyone as I navigate some bumps in the road

Life is bumpy, if it were straight and flat how bored we'd all be.

It's no use wishing for something else, or that this bit will all hurry away quick or even what happened that you landed here.

It's how you respond, what you reflect back to the world and the bits you pick out of the present moment.

Not that you don't sit with the harder feelings in life, I hesitate to call them 'negative' feelings because I feel that we learn the most as we sit with and move through those big ones grief, fear, anger, sadness.

Do you notice the sun dappling the ground as it shines through trees, the feel of the breeze on your face, the colours of nature, the song of birds.

I think in our rawest moments are when those come into sharper focus. To remind us of the joy to come maybe, like a warm day as winter bites hardest or a cool breeze when your wilting on a hot summer day.

So drumming last night, connecting with others, drumming together, allowing our own rhythms to mix with others and see how it all fits so perfectly, reminded me of just this.

And morning words from Alan Watts just underlined all that.

Drum medicine for me is so very important and I know for those that join me regularly feel that too.
