So, I planned on having what I wanted to eat and drink over Christmas and as I had the mindset of looking great in January and I bloody enjoyed it!!!!

As of today I’ll be cutting the carbs, plenty of water accompanied with lots of running, press ups, a little weights and I can’t wait.

Weighed in at 12st which is heavy for me and I’ll be losing at least a stone.

I know there are so many of you in the same boat so let’s do this and if you need me to help you then just reach out.
