🌞 What an amazing session at Sunrise Nursing Home !.

Despite the heat, our trainer was met with such fantastic energy from the residents!. The afternoon was full of laughter, fun, and pure joy as everyone got stuck into FitBingo – hunting those numbers like pros while staying happily hydrated.

The smiles, the cheers, and the brilliant atmosphere made it a real highlight!. The residents absolutely loved it and are already looking forward to the next one.

Next up: World Cup FitWord! ⚽️ Get ready for even more excitement!.

🌞 A beautiful sunny afternoon at the mill The Mill House - Runwood Homes Senior Living – summer has officially arrived!.

Our trainer had the absolute pleasure of delivering a vibrant FitBingo session packed with cognitive and physical exercises. The room was full of energy, laughter, and music, with residents singing along, working on strength and cardio, and enjoying the fun bingo number hunt.

The residents and carers were so welcoming and gave lovely compliments – it made the session extra special. Our trainer thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone and being part of such a positive, lively atmosphere.

We’re already looking forward to our next visit! ❤️

🚀 What an absolute blast at Corton House Care Home today!.

Our trainer received the warmest welcome and had the best time meeting the fantastic residents, amazing staff, and the brilliant team from Healthwatch Norfolk!.

FitBingo was on FIRE with a fantastic turnout!. The room was full of laughter, energy, and pure joy as everyone powered through the cognitive and physical fun!.💪😄 Everyone kept saying how energetic and engaging the session was – zero boring bits allowed!.

We had the BEST time and can’t wait to come back and see all our wonderful new friends very soon! 🎉❤️

✨ What an uplifting morning at Chiswick House ✨

Our trainers had the absolute pleasure of spending time with the wonderful residents and incredible staff today. We kicked things off with a lively FitBingo session using weighted bags, resistance bands, and sensory balls — keeping both bodies moving and minds sharp!.

There really was something for everyone, and the smiles, laughter, and energy in the room were contagious. Paired with some fantastic uplifting music, the whole session was a joy from start to finish! 💪🎶

A huge thank you to all the residents and staff for the warmest welcome — you made it extra special!.

We’re already buzzing for the next session… FitWord is coming! .🎉

What a fantastic morning at Taverham Grove care home - Black Swan Care Group✨

We delivered our FitBingo session today – combining gentle physical exercise with cognitive fun – and the residents absolutely loved it!. There was a brilliant turnout, plenty of laughter, cheerful bingo shouts, fantastic uplifting music, and lovely chats throughout. One lovely resident even suggested a topic for our next FitWord session – we love that kind of engagement!.

We used weighted bags, sensory balls, and resistance bands to keep things accessible and effective. Huge thanks to all the wonderful residents and staff for such a warm welcome and positive energy. Days like this are why we do what we do 💙

What a brilliant Friday session at Valentine House! 💪🧠✨

We powered through a super Fun FitWord crossword all about UK Counties — and paired it with plenty of cardio to keep those hearts pumping! The peahen even popped by to stare through the glass doors like she wanted to join in 😂

Aqua fitness beats had us all moving and grooving while everyone was chatting away, sharing their own stories and memories of the counties that came up. So much laughter and interaction — exactly what Gym In Motion is all about!
Massive thanks to everyone who joined in — you all brought fantastic energy! Ready to do it all again next week! 🔥

What an absolutely brilliant day with the wonderful team and residents at Sunrise Nursing Home🌅💪

Kicked things off with a full-on cardio and strength training session that got everyone moving and smiling, followed by a lively round of FitBingo to give our brains a great workout too.

Finished the day soaking up the glorious sunshine in Felixstowe with fantastic interaction and laughter all around. Nothing beats seeing so much energy, joy, and connection!

Grateful for days like this ❤️
