If you're feeling overwhelmed, try the 5-4-3-2-1 technique - a simple mindfulness exercise that can help to redirect your attention to the present moment by engaging your senses.

Grounding isn't about making difficult thoughts or feelings disappear, it's about creating a moment of pause to reconnect with your surroundings.

The consent cake is more than a creative way to start a conversation, it represents the importance of communication, respect, boundaries and choice in every relationship.

By talking openly about healthy relationships, we can help build a culture of respect and care.

Changing the way we talk about sexual violence changes the way people experience support.

We all have a role in this.

When we replace judgement with compassion, blame with accountability, and myths with facts, we help create spaces where people feel safe to be heard.

The responsibility for sexual violence always lies with the person who committed it.
