🎙️ Well… BBC Suffolk and I are having another catch-up! 😂

This Tuesday at around 12:35pm, I’ll be chatting live with Sarah about what’s been happening with Nourish Her since we last spoke.

And quite a lot has happened… 😅

Nourish Her is now officially a Community Interest Company, our Nourish & Release workshops have started at The Hidden Garden in Ipswich, the new Kesgrave Menopause Meetup launches this Thursday, and I’m beginning to work with local organisations to help them better understand and support women experiencing the menopause transition in the workplace.

At the heart of all of it is something that really matters to me — making menopause support more accessible, practical and inclusive for women from all backgrounds and cultures, and making sure fewer women feel they simply have to figure it all out on their own.

And if hearing me on the radio at lunchtime isn’t quite enough Zo for one day 😂, I’ll also be at The Hidden Garden Cafe Ipswich in Ipswich on Tuesday evening, 5.30–7.30pm, for our next Nourish & Release workshop — taking menopause back to basics, understanding the transition and exploring practical ways we can support ourselves through it.

Then on Thursday 10 September, our new Kesgrave Menopause Meetup begins at Kesgrave Community and Conference Centre— a welcoming community space focused on support, understanding and connection.

💜 Want to join us? Links to book or register your interest are in the comments

And if you fancy joining me from wherever you are on Tuesday lunchtime, tune in to BBC Radio Suffolk at around 12:35pm. 🎙️

I’ll try not to talk too fast. No promises. 😂

It’s official… Nourish Her is now a Community Interest Company. 💗

And for me, becoming a CIC is about much more than changing the letters after the name.

It’s about making menopause support more accessible.

Not every woman can afford private support.
Not every woman knows where to find help.
And background, culture or financial circumstances shouldn’t determine whether someone has access to information that can help them understand what they’re experiencing.

That’s why Nourish Her Menopause CIC has a clear focus on two areas:

💗 COMMUNITY SUPPORT

Creating welcoming, accessible spaces where women can learn, ask questions, connect and better understand menopause — with practical support around food and nutrition, nervous-system regulation, EFT and everyday wellbeing.

💗 WORKPLACE SUPPORT

Helping organisations better understand menopause and giving them practical tools to support the women who work with them — through education, food and nutrition, nervous-system support, awareness and better conversations.

Medical care has an important place in menopause support. So does practical, everyday wellbeing support alongside appropriate healthcare.

My aim is to help bring those pieces together and bring support into the places women already are:

Our communities and our workplaces.

Different women.
Different backgrounds.
Different journeys.
One goal.

Accessible menopause support for all. 💗

If you’re an organisation looking to better support your female workforce, or you’re looking for menopause support within your community, I’d love to hear from you.

Here’s to what comes next. 💗

Here’s to new beginnings. 💗

September always feels like the beginning of a new chapter.

Today my daughter comes home from America ❤️ and tomorrow she starts a new school, a new school year and a whole new adventure.

And it got me thinking…

New beginnings can be exciting. They can be daunting. And sometimes they arrive when we weren’t quite expecting them.

A bit like menopause really. 😂

Because menopause is a new season too.

Not necessarily one we asked for… or expected!

But it is one we can learn to understand and support ourselves through.

And as September begins, with school bags being packed, diaries filling up and life getting busy again, perhaps this new season doesn’t only have to be about getting everyone else organised.

Maybe there can be something in it for YOU too. ❤️

Time to learn.
Time to understand.
Time to nourish yourself through food and nutrition.
Time to support your nervous system.
Time to connect with women who get it.

That’s exactly what I hope to create through the Kesgrave Menopause Meetup and Nourish & Release at The Hidden Garden, both happening this September.

So while we’re getting everybody else ready for what’s next…

Let’s remember to make a little room for ourselves too. 💗

Here’s to new beginnings, new connections and stepping into this next season with a little more of what we need. ❤️

And just like that… Nourish & Release has begun. 💗

Today I delivered the very first Understanding Your Menopause workshop The Hidden Garden Cafe Ipswich in

After all the planning, printing, resources and nerves 😂, it was so lovely to finally sit down with women and have the conversations this series was created for.

We went right back to basics.

We talked about the different stages of menopause, what changing hormones can mean for our bodies and minds, how nutrition can support us, and had an introduction to EFT and nervous-system regulation.

But some of the most important moments weren’t about me teaching at all.

They were the conversations.
The questions.
The sharing.
Those little “Ahhh… that makes sense” moments. 💗

Because sometimes understanding what is happening in your body is the first step towards knowing how to support it.

And this space is for women wherever you are in your menopause transition — whether you’re just starting to wonder if things are changing, right in the middle of perimenopause, or navigating life after menopause.

I was so pleased that the women attending today rated the workshop 5/5 for usefulness, reported a better understanding of menopause and said they would attend another Nourish & Release workshop.

Missed today’s session?

I’m repeating Understanding Your Menopause next:

What if menopause started making a little more sense? 💗

So many women reach this stage thinking…

Why am I suddenly feeling like this?
Is this menopause?
Is this normal?
And what on earth am I supposed to DO about it?! 😩

That’s exactly why we’re going back to basics for the first Nourish & Release workshop at The Hidden Garden, Ipswich.

No information overload.
No judgement.
No expectation that you should already know all the answers.

Just a small, welcoming group of women learning, talking, asking questions and connecting.

We’ll explore what’s actually happening through the different stages of menopause, how food and nutrition can support your changing body, and how EFT and nervous-system regulation can become another tool in your menopause toolkit.

And there will be plenty of space to simply talk — because sometimes hearing another woman say “ME TOO!” is powerful in itself. 💗

Before September comes charging in… a little Bank Holiday reminder. 💗

Life has been BUSY lately.

Starting a new business, planning workshops, answering emails, creating things, organising things… and constantly telling myself:

“I’ll just do this one little thing first.”

We all know how that ends. 😂

So we did something incredibly productive…

Absolutely nothing productive at all. 😂

We headed to beautiful Aldeburgh.

🌊 Sea air.
🐟 Fish & chips.
🍦 Ice cream.
🚶‍♀️ Wandering around with nowhere particularly urgent to be.
🛍️ And a cheeky stop at one of my favourite shops, .

The shopping was obviously essential.

Nervous-system regulation purposes. Very scientific. 👀😂

But joking aside, it reminded me of something I think we all need to hear sometimes.

We spend so much time working hard, building things, caring for everyone, planning what’s next and trying to keep up with life that we can forget to actually enjoy the life we’re working so hard for.

And this Bank Holiday feels like the perfect time to remember that.

It’s the last long weekend before September arrives and suddenly everything gets busy again.

So make the most of it.

You don’t need an elaborate wellness routine or an expensive retreat.

Sometimes wellbeing looks like slowing down.

Getting outside.
Seeing people you love.
Eating the chips.
Having the ice cream.
Laughing.
Walking by the sea.
Doing something simply because you enjoy it.

The emails can wait.

The washing can probably wait too. 😂

And whatever September is bringing will arrive soon enough.

This weekend, give yourself permission to enjoy some of the simple stuff. 💗

And if that happens to include a little shopping…

Well, apparently that’s nervous-system regulation now. 😂

Well… this was a rather lovely thing to find in my local magazine! 🥹💗

The Kesgrave Menopause Meetup is officially in print!

Seeing something I’ve been planning, working on and talking about for months actually sitting there in In Touch feels a little bit surreal.

A huge thank you to In Touch Community Magazines for featuring the Kesgrave Menopause Meetup and helping spread the word about the support available to women locally. ❤️

And more importantly… it means information about menopause support is landing directly through local women’s doors.

Because this is exactly why I wanted to create the Kesgrave group.

Menopause support shouldn’t only be something you find after hours of Googling, wondering who to ask or whether what you’re experiencing is even “normal”.

Sometimes it should simply be right there in your community.

For six weeks we’ll be getting together to talk all things menopause — understanding what’s happening, food and nutrition, nervous system regulation, practical everyday support and, of course, plenty of conversation.

No judgement.
No pressure.
No pretending we all have menopause figured out. 😂

Just women learning, talking and supporting one another.

Women supporting women 💗

This week I had the pleasure of meeting Shalegne from Step Into Wellness Reflexology another local woman passionate about supporting women through menopause.

We got chatting (as women do 😂), and something really struck me…

There IS support out there.

There are women working within our communities offering different forms of holistic menopause support. My work through Nourish Her focuses on food and nutrition, nervous system regulation and EFT, while Shalegne brings her own expertise through reflexology and menopause support.

The problem? Women need to be able to find us.

A woman struggling with menopause shouldn’t have to know exactly which kind of support she needs before she asks for help. She just needs somewhere to start.

And that’s why I think connection between local practitioners matters so much.

I don’t need to provide everything.
Shalegne doesn’t need to provide everything.

But if we know each other, understand what each of us offers and build genuine relationships, we can say:

“That’s not my area — but I know someone who may be able to help.”

That’s how women become better supported.

Not by competing for the same woman, but by creating a community around her.

Different approaches. Different expertise.
One common goal — helping women feel better supported through menopause. 💗

And hopefully, making it a little easier for women to find us in the first place.

Go and have a look at Shalegne’s work at Step Into Wellness Reflexology 💗

Well… apparently September is when Nourish Her gets BUSY! 😂💗

…or you’d simply like somewhere to talk, learn and be around women at the same stage of life — there’s something for you this September.

Both posters have all the details and how to register/book.

And just like that… we’re off! 🚀

Please feel free to share with a woman who might need this. ❤️
