Our 3-day course runs Wednesday to Friday this week at Trinity Park, and bookings close at the end of today so we can get your pre-course information out in time.

🩺 What's actually covered on the 3-day First Aid at Work course?

Everything in the one-day EFAW — CPR & AED, choking, unconscious casualty, seizures, shock, bleeding — plus:

✅ Heart attack, angina & stroke (BE FAST)
✅ Asthma, anaphylaxis & diabetic emergencies
✅ Fractures, dislocations, sprains & slings
✅ Head, spinal & chest injuries
✅ Burns — including chemical & electrical
✅ Poisons & eye injuries
✅ Meningitis & sepsis
✅ Catastrophic bleeding, wound packing & tourniquets
✅ Secondary survey

Most workplace incidents aren't cardiac arrests. They're falls, splashes and people suddenly becoming unwell. Those two extra days are what get your first aider ready for the real ones.

If your workplace is standard or higher risk, the one-day EFAW course isn't enough on its own. FAW is the full qualification — three days, and valid for three years.

This morning our August cohort joins us at Trinity Park for the start of what we know will be an incredible week. Five days of intensive, hands-on prehospital care training that will genuinely change the direction of their careers.

Our August FREC3 course kicks off on Monday 10th August. If you haven't booked yet, this week is your final window.

We close bookings on Friday 7th August so we can confirm numbers and get pre-course information out to everyone in time.

This is your last realistic opportunity to join the August intake. The next course after this will be our autumn dates.
