Well that was lovely, but it’s June now ☔️

We had a few weeks of enjoying the sunshine, outdoor training and long evenings.

Now we’re back to dodging rain showers and wondering where summer went!

Whether you’re running, cycling, training in the gym or simply trying to stay active, aches, pains and movement restrictions can make enjoying your activities much harder.
