From travelling and starting out in massage therapy, to working in healthcare, building a business from a cabin in my garden and eventually opening a studio, every step has shaped the way I teach today.

It’s been built on experience, consistency and a genuine love for helping people feel stronger and more confident in their bodies.

Lately I’ve been feeling incredibly grateful for this community… 💛

The people who show up week after week.

The conversations before class, the laughs during sessions and the support that exists both inside and outside the studio.

This is not a huge gym franchise or a big wellness brand. It’s just me, doing something I love and somehow attracting the most incredible people along the way.
