Courtesy of the lovely ladies at South West Breast Screening, we have not one, but TWO beautiful hampers up for grabs in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 💕🎀

🎟️ Tickets are just £1 per strip, and the lucky winners will be chosen at random on Friday 30th October.

💗 All proceeds will go to the amazing Cancer Now, helping support vital cancer research and services.

Tickets can be purchased from South West Breast Screening Centre, located in the Horseshoe Building at Ayrshire Central Hospital.

This month, we stand together to raise awareness, show support, celebrate survivors, remember those we have lost, and bring hope to everyone affected by breast cancer. 💗

Every conversation, every check, every donation and every act of kindness can make a difference. Let’s encourage the women we love to know their bodies, attend their screenings and never ignore a change.

Finding breast cancer early can make it easier to treat and improve outcomes.

But what actually happens during breast screening?

In our latest video below will explain what breast screening is, who is invited and why regular screening matters.

Let’s raise awareness and encourage more people to understand the importance of looking after their breast health.

Breast screening is a test for breast cancers that are too small to see or feel. In Scotland, only women between the ages of 50 and 70 are offered breast screening every 3 years. Find out how the test is done and what your test results mean.
