From the beginning of this course you will be able to use your skills to alleviate your clients’ distress. By teaching them to observe and track their physical sensations and with the use of simple exercises, you will help them to observe and tolerate the physical sensations that give rise to strong emotions. Quite quickly they can begin to feel calmer, safer and less overwhelmed. Shift will happen.
