Beautiful Therapy & Wellbeing Room to Rent – Irvine

We have a beautiful, calm and welcoming room available to rent within Noa, our wellbeing space in Irvine.

The room is currently used for massage and facial treatments, 1:1 sessions and small group sound baths, so it’s a really versatile space. It comes fully furnished and ready to use, with a warm, thoughtfully designed feel rather than a clinical treatment-room environment.

It would be ideal for:

- Massage or bodywork therapists
- Physiotherapists
- Counsellors or talking therapists
- Coaches
- Holistic/wellbeing practitioners
- Other complementary therapies
- Practitioners looking for a beautiful space for small groups or 1:1 work

We’re looking for someone who would complement the calm environment we’ve created at Noa, so the room wouldn’t be suitable for treatments involving strong chemical smells or fumes, such as nail services.

Available from 1- 5 days per week, so it could suit someone building their practice as well as an established practitioner looking for a regular base.

Tracy here. I've got an idea rattling about & I want to test it on you before I go any further.

I keep saying the word "retreat" & then immediately wanting to take it back.

Because when I picture this weekend, nobody is becoming calmer or quieter or a better version of themselves.

Food round a big table. Music up loud. Dancing because we feel like it, not because it's on a timetable.

Breathwork - the kind that gets you out your head & back into your body.

And the conversations. The weird, the wonderful & the occasional what the actual hell is happening to me.

Laughing. A lot.

Rest when you want it.

A gorgeous place to stay & women around you who just get it.

I'm not interested in fixing anybody. Nobody here needs fixing.

What I'm thinking is a weekend where women in perimenopause & menopause feel good in their own skin for two days, take up more room than they usually let themselves, & go home remembering there's a hell of a lot of life left in them.

I've got ideas flying round my head. Before I disappear down the rabbit hole & start booking things -

We get it.

Waiting until you feel 100% sure feels a lot safer than making a decision that could change your life.
