We’re encouraging schools across Ayrshire to sign up for Restart A Heart Live on 1st October – a fantastic FREE opportunity to introduce pupils to lifesaving CPR skills. ❤️

But why stop there? 👇

Heartstart Ayrshire & Arran can also come to your school!

Throughout the school year, we’re offering FREE 1-hour, hands-on Emergency Life Support sessions for P7 and secondary school pupils.

Pupils get the chance to learn and practise:
❤️ Assessing an unconscious casualty
❤️ The recovery position
❤️ CPR
❤️ How to use a defibrillator (AED)

📅 Our school diary is open throughout the year, so get in touch to arrange a session.

1st October can be the start – let’s keep those lifesaving skills going all year!
