💪 FREE Online Full Body Strength Class 💪
Join me for a 40-minute full body strength workout designed to help you build strength, improve muscular endurance, and feel stronger from head to toe.
We'll work through a mix of upper and lower body circuits, challenging all the major muscle groups, before finishing with stretches that improve mobility and engage your core.
The class is suitable for a range of fitness levels, with options to adapt exercises to suit your experience and the equipment you have available.

What you'll need:
🔸1–2 dumbbells of a moderate weight (something you can comfortably press overhead for around 10 reps), or
🔸1–2 filled water bottles or cans
🔸If you have a selection of weights, keep them nearby as different exercises may suit different loads
