💪 FREE Online Full Body Strength Class 💪

Join me for a 40-minute full body strength workout designed to help you build strength, improve muscular endurance, and feel stronger from head to toe.

We'll work through a mix of upper and lower body circuits, challenging all the major muscle groups, before finishing with stretches that improve mobility and engage your core.

The class is suitable for a range of fitness levels, with options to adapt exercises to suit your experience and the equipment you have available.

What you'll need:
🔸1–2 dumbbells of a moderate weight (something you can comfortably press overhead for around 10 reps), or
🔸1–2 filled water bottles or cans
🔸If you have a selection of weights, keep them nearby as different exercises may suit different loads

Here are our top tips for staying cool during the heatwave:

💧 Hydration is key – sip water little and often.
🥤 Try our delicious smoothie recipes for a refreshing, nourishing boost. (link in stories)
🌬️ Cool your body and calm your mind with Sheetali Breathwork - Curl your tongue (or part your lips), inhale through your mouth, then exhale through your nose. Repeat for 10 breaths.
🧘‍♀️ Swap intense workouts for an early morning exercise or yoga.
🌊 Lucky enough to live by the sea? A refreshing dip could be just what you need!

What to Expect from Our New Strength Class at The Albion 💪

💪Class type:
A full-body workout incorporating bodyweight and resistance exercises using slam balls.
🌊Location:
The beautiful Albion Hotel, Freshwater Bay. We'll be in the Cabin Bar, with stunning views across the bay.
💦What to bring:
Just yourself and a water bottle.
🔥Energy:
Controlled, focused and energising.
🏋🏻‍♀️Instructor:
Passionate about strength training—especially helping women build confidence, move safely and get stronger. (Men are very welcome too!)
☄️Equipment:
Weighted slam balls (5–10kg). Filled with sand, the shifting weight challenges your core and makes them an incredibly versatile tool for a full-body workout.

✨ New Class Alert – We're Bringing Strength to the West Side! ✨

After the success of our yoga classes at the Albion and spending time in such a beautiful space, we thought it was time to bring Evelyn's popular strength classes to West Wight too.

Starting next week, you can join Evelyn every Thursday (initially as a four-week pilot) for a 60-minute energising full-body strength class.

The session combines bodyweight and resistance exercises using weighted slam balls and is suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications provided where needed.

Expect a safe, supportive and welcoming environment, all set against the stunning backdrop of Freshwater Bay.

And our top tip? Stay afterwards and treat yourself to a refreshing smoothie on the terrace. ☀️🥤

🌿 Outdoor Fitness for Women 🌿

After becoming a mum, Evelyn became really aware of how many barriers women face when trying to return to exercise and movement. It's not just the physical side — it's the practical and emotional side too.

Finding time around family life, building confidence again, feeling comfortable in your body, worrying about bringing a baby along, or simply not feeling like you fit into traditional fitness environments.

That's exactly why Evelyn started our Outdoor Fitness for Women classes.

These sessions are designed to be welcoming, supportive and realistic for women's lives. Babies in prams are welcome, feeding stops are absolutely fine, and there's no pressure to keep up or perform. You can simply come as you are, move your body, get some fresh air and enjoy being part of a friendly community.

And whilst the classes were inspired by Evelyn's own experience of motherhood, they're not just for mums. They're for women at all stages of life who want to move, build strength, boost confidence and feel good💪.

No judgement. No pressure. Just movement, connection and time outdoors.
