This session will include a guided meditation and Sound Healing, followed by group Reiki and Forest Bathing. 🌿

(Please note that everyone is warmly welcome although it will be the same guided mediation as my last session (July 24th).

It's a hive of productivity in the woods this morning. The super talented and creative Damian is coming up with ways to stop any repeats of last summer, when my gong toppled over and smashed my crystal bowls.

Hopefully we will have a stable base, all ready for our sound healing, meditation and Reiki session on Friday.
