I have a background in nursing and mental health and have worked in the NHS doing a variety of roles for over 20 years, including medical secretary. In 1998 I qualified in therapeutic massage and over the years I have taken up further training and development in Indian Head Massage, Slavic massage and Reiki. I have always enjoyed working with people and decided to comb

ine my passion for people and holistic therapies

On a personal level I have always been interested in healing and the holistic approach which naturally led me to my interest in my own personal growth, spiritual development and mindfulness. I am always developing my skills and interests so that I can offer clients an experience tailored to their needs.
