Back in May, Shaun and Dillon organised a charity football match in support of The Laura Centre!

Held at Quorn FC, the match brought together players, supporters and the local community for a fantastic day of football, all while raising an incredible £631 for bereaved families.

There’s limited availability this month as I am off to Barcelona then heading to the USA to watch England! Slots have been revised on Booksy so you can book 6:15, 7:15 or 8:15 in the week or 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30 on a Saturday.

Some changes coming to SW Sports Therapy from 1st June — here’s what you need to know:

⏱ WEEKDAY SESSIONS
45 minutes | £45
Available at 6:15pm, 7:15pm & 8:15pm

I’ll be moving to 45-minute slots only on weekdays. In my experience, that’s genuinely all you need for targeted treatment or a thorough full body session, focused and effective 🙌🏻

(Any existing June bookings will remain the same — times may be adjusted to the new slots.)

📅 SATURDAY SESSIONS
30-minute express slots at £35, bookable in multiples, take 30 mins, an hour, depending on what you need.

💳 DEPOSIT POLICY
From 1st June, a £10 deposit will be required at booking via Apple Pay. The balance is due after your session.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice = full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours = deposit forfeited.

This is simply to protect availability and keep slots open for everyone who needs them.

These changes are about making sure I can keep showing up consistently and giving every session my full focus.
