I have had a few regular and returning clients to the treatment room this month.

Just a quick reminder of the core benefits you can expect from a Reiki healing session.

Stress and Anxiety relief - induces deep relaxation.

Pain management - to assist in the management of chronic pain.

Better sleep - helps you unwind and improve overall sleep quality.

Emotional well-being - can help with the process of grief, emotional trauma and depression.

The duration of the effects varies by individual. Generally lasting anywhere from serval days to a few weeks.
If you have regular sessions the benefits build upon one another and you will likely reap the rewards for much longer.

Again these are just a few of the benefits you can get but there are so many more.

Every Reiki healer is different. They all have different energies, which in turn can offer different healing experiences.

This month Ive had new clients, old clients and regular clients.

I would like to thank them all for joining me for a little bit of "ME TIME"
It's important for us to realise that we all could do with just a little time to care for ourselves and our mental wellbeing.
Time to just relax and drift away ✨️

Reiki is a healing process. Each time you have Reiki you are breaking down the layers. Some layers you are protecting yourself from the unknown. The more Reiki you receive the more the body will absorb the natural healing process.

Reiki can feel different between Reiki healers as each healer will have different energies.

I have been told by some of my clients that my healing is a beautiful peaceful calming experience.
I'm not comparing myself to anyone else because this is my energy.

One of my regular clients was in today. The feeling of lifting the weight of the world from her shoulders and just being able to zone out is why she keeps coming back.
