I had a beautiful time teaching at Shambala Festival this year. I am so grateful for the exciting opportunity to combine my love of yoga and music festivals in one weekend. I had such a special time teaching and received some wonderful feedback from some lovely people which completely warmed my heart and will stay with me forever!! A massive Thank you to the Meadow friends & family for welcoming us in, see you next year Shambala 🪷🪷🪷

It was such a lovely beach class on Tuesday evening teaching a mother & daughter!

Louise has been coming to my class since September last year, it was so lovely to have her bring her daughter along!

Both ladies enjoyed and left me some lovely feedback 🧘‍♀️❤️
