Fun in class tonight challenging upper body strength. After our warm up and flow we had a relaxed end to class working towards Sirsasana (headstand) and Urdhva Dhanurasana (wheel pose). We broke the postures down and each practiced to a point we were happy and comfortable with. Hereβs one of the group in wheel pose ππ» guess who?! ππΌ
