A great day spent a Westmorland Show !
Found this stall amongst the friendly goats 🐐
Goats milk soap!!!!! Amazing for the skin and especially good for eczema and psoriasis!
It was so hard to choose from the selection of flavours and after a good sniff ( of every single one 😅) and knocking over the whole display 🤦‍♀️ sorry again about that 🤣 i chose woodland mist, hedgerow jam and 2 bars of elderflower and honey!
Already dived into into the elderflower one just couldn't resist!

Another shot I've recently added to my morning routine is celery & lemon! Not only is the colour of this juice beautiful it provides a boost of hydration, vitamins A, C, and K, and potassium. I add lemon for flavour but for extra vitamin C!

Some say drinking an 8oz glass of celery juice, in the morning, on an empty stomach can help your body expel liver flukes 🪱
Now go with caution ⚠️ if you do drink cup full of this juice, on an empty stomach, i guarantee you within 1 -2 hours you will need the loo 💩🤭
Don't let that put you off as its a really refreshing drink and a great addition to any internal cleansing routines
