A great analogy because it helps explain what many women experience during perimenopause and menopause.

Just as water nourishes soil, supports growth, and keeps a garden thriving, oestrogen plays a vital role in supporting tissue health, hydration, collagen production, blood flow, strength, recovery, and overall wellbeing.

When oestrogen levels begin to decline, women can experience a range of physical and emotional changes that impact how they feel, move, exercise, recover, and show up in daily life.

As trained coaches, our pelvic health specialist physios can better understand and support women through this significant life transition. Training has provided us with evidence-informed knowledge and practical strategies to help women navigate the challenges of midlife with confidence.

Menopause isn't the end of feeling strong, capable, and healthy—it's a new chapter that deserves the right support, guidance, and understanding.

If you're experiencing perimenopause or menopause symptoms and would like support with exercise, movement, strength, energy, and overall wellbeing our Thursday evening classes might be just what you're looking for.

🎾 Wimbledon is here... but is your elbow ready?

As the world's best players take to the grass courts, many of us are inspired to dust off our tennis rackets and get back on court.

But did you know that Tennis Elbow doesn't just affect tennis players? Despite its name, Tennis Elbow is often caused by repetitive movements from:
• Gardening
• DIY projects
• Computer work
• Lifting and carrying
• Racquet sports
Common symptoms include pain on the outside of the elbow, reduced grip strength and discomfort when lifting everyday objects.

The good news? Physiotherapy can help reduce pain, improve strength and get you back to the activities you enjoy.

So while you're watching the action at Wimbledon, don't ignore that niggling elbow pain, get in touch with our team to find out how we can help.
