Expect nothing and open your heart ❤️ to all the beauty that’s available moments to moment with bare awareness. With this you regulate and dial down your nervous system. The horse is attracted to your peace energy and connects to heal you.

The horse invites you to “digest” with him. To masticate different ideas and concepts to reset, resolve and process within your psyche. this is done in stillness with a strong connection. Energy is passed from the horse to create a herd. Herds are bonded with love. The purest love you will ever know, because horses have no social agenda
