🤰 I have been offering Pregnancy Pilates classes for around 6 years now, and for around the last 18 months there are 2 of these classes on the schedule due to demand!
🧠 It isn’t just pot luck which exercises & props show up - I use research and evidence to plan to offer you (hopefully!) a good experience
✨ Obviously in these classes there is a regular turn over in clients - especially when babies are all expected around the same time!
🖤 And so for the next block starting 1st June the 6:30pm class will have a couple of spaces- if you are 14 weeks+ please get in touch - I would love to hear from you
