I just completed my mental health first aider re cap course. In the training session, I reflected that, I feel fulfilled because I know I can help someone.

Everyone is unique. Just remember, it is ok to be slow, what is more important is, that, you are there, you are doing it, and you are a finisher. You can and you will. 💙💙💙

Today, I ran a group guided relaxation again.

The reason why I love to run the sessions is that, I know it has a positive impact on participants. I love to see them open their eyes with a totally relaxed mood, refreshed and energised.

I know, at this moment, I have made some contributions to people. It feels great. 💙💙💙
