We forgot our own birthday 🤦🏻‍♂️
In October of this year CW THERAPY ROOMS turned 6!!! We couldn’t go without celebrating this. Over that time we have housed some incredible therapies, and continue to house amazing therapists and clinicians who serve the local community and wider, providing physical and mental health services.

We have some new offerings coming in the new year, so keep your eyes peeled.

We’ve been lucky to have Sarah working from our rooms for many years now doing her amazing work, but never formally introduced her. Here’s a little info 👇🏼

Sarah is a qualified counsellor with specific experience working with children and young people, including adolescents. The majority of her work has been in educational settings such as schools and universities which has provided her with a wealth of experience working with issues associated with this age and stage of life. Sarah is also an experienced lecturer and clinical supervisor.

Sarah's core belief is that good therapy is an emotional as well as a financial investment. Her approach is therefore one of bespoke collaboration and regular assurance, involving the family as a whole wherever possible.

Sarah believes that the therapeutic journey begins from the first point of contact, which is usually via email or telephone. Spending some time briefly discussing what you would like to gain from therapy before arranging the first appointment, with plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions and establish if this is the right fit for you.
