One of my favourite aspects about Chi reflexology is how my clients report that during their sessions they go to that space between, the hypnagogic state. I have found that when facilitating a chi-medics session this can happen very quickly and my clients report lots of wonderful meditative visions. I found some info from the smithsonian magazine. I will link the article.

Omg...I’ve just realised something about the new 12 Wonders collection and 🤯😂 which has made me love it even more.

The perfume, Lashful AND Comfort Food on their own are £145…

The whole 12 Wonders collection is £149 😮

So for literally £4 more, you get ALL the other products too?! 👀 including a full size rainforest dew and a full size elixir 😅

I mean… come on 😂🤯

£149 worth £328 = £179 saving.

This one is a no-brainer for Christmas gifting as you can split it up… or just keep the whole bloody thing for yourself 🤣🙋🏼‍♀️

Honestly cannot believe the value in this, I think it’s my fave one, like a selection box that doesn’t make you fat! 😆
