The time has finally come I can now shout out from the roof tops!!!! Our gorgeous Fiona Carter has been announced

The 2026 Slimming World National Title Winner of THE GREATEST LOSER competition.

Fiona Carter comes to my Friday group here in Bexleyheath in St Peter’s Church. She has lost over 20 1/2 stone and has completely changed her life.

This has been the biggest and hardest secret I’ve ever kept. We’ve had the bestest time celebrating and I have so much to share with everyone.

For now can you all please join me in congratulating Fiona in what is a huge achievement.

‘I’ve gone from just existing to really living 🙌!’ Raise the roof for Fiona, who has been named Slimming World’s Greatest Loser 2026 👑! She’s lost a jaw-dropping 20st 8.5lbs (130.9kg) 😱 after years of putting her life on hold because of her weight 💔.

At 35st (222.3kg), Fiona believed weight loss surgery was her only hope, so she joined her local Slimming World group with a plan to lose the 3st (19kg) needed to qualify. As the weight came off, she realised she could keep going without the need for surgery and her world began to open up 🤩.

From avoiding leaving the house to loving being active, exploring new places and saying ‘yes’ to every adventure 🥹, Fiona has truly transformed her life.

On 13th February Corale joined our Friday morning group. In 9 weeks she has gone on to lose 1st 4lbs. Last Friday we presented Corale with her Club 10 award, which means she’s lost an incredible 10% of her body weight 👏
And this isn’t just a number on the scales… the health benefits that come with this are huge:

Swapping late-night takeaways for homemade fakeaways helped Whitley lose 4st 12lbs (30.8kg) and save more than £100 a week 👀💖!

Before, Whitley was spending up to £500 a month on fast food, snacks and takeaways – and says they stopped feeling like a treat and made her unwell 💔.
