Enjoy the wood-fired sauna, cold plunge and outdoor shower, before settling onto the lawn for a guided meditation. As the evening unfolds, we'll gather around the fire for our sharing circle, a welcoming space to connect authentically, be heard, and simply be yourself.

What is calm confidence?

For many women, confidence can feel like something we need to earn. Something that comes after we've achieved more, done more, or finally got everything under control.

But calm confidence is different.

It's not about being fearless, having perfect self-esteem or always knowing the right answer.

Calm confidence is trusting yourself.

✨ Knowing you can cope, even when life feels challenging.
✨ Setting boundaries without feeling guilty.
✨ Speaking to yourself with kindness instead of criticism.
✨ Making decisions without endlessly second-guessing yourself.
✨ Taking action even when uncertainty is present.

It's the quiet inner belief that says:
