It's so important to look after our energy💫

Today I'm grateful for my healing this morning and for spending the afternoon in the garden with my nature friends, surrounded by the healing elements of the sun and the breeze. ☀️💨🍃

Watching the birds enjoy a bath, spotting a beautiful frog tucked among the flowers, and taking a quiet moment with a cup of tea and copal incense (which I am loving at the moment) reminded me that nature has a wonderful way of restoring the soul.

Grateful for these simple moments of peace, healing, and connection. 💚🐦🐸✨
