**Friday 18th September | 6.30pm–8pm**

**Gilcrux Village Hall**

Join Sarah and me for a peaceful evening of guided meditation and a deeply relaxing sound bath

We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you slow down, settle the mind and let go of the stresses of the day

You can then simply lie back, get comfortable and relax as you’re immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and other beautiful instruments

No previous experience of meditation or sound baths is needed – just come as you are and give yourself some time to rest, recharge and reconnect 💛

As a Reiki Master Practitioner, you already have a deep understanding of the wonderful energy of Reiki. You know first-hand how beneficial its gentle yet powerful energy can be for the mind, body and spirit

This 3-day Reiki Master Teacher Course will guide you through the next step of your lifelong Reiki journey, helping you develop an even deeper understanding of Reiki and its healing energy for yourself and others

During the course you will:

✨ Gain a deeper understanding of Reiki attunements
✨ Learn, step by step, the Usui Reiki attunement process
✨ Practise preparing for an attunement ceremony and passing attunements to others
✨ Learn how to develop and teach a Usui Reiki course at each level

✨ Deepen your understanding of the sacred Tibetan Reiki symbols

I would love for you to join me for Qigong classes this summer.

Starting Monday 10th August, we'll meet each week from 2.00pm to 3.20pm in the Watson Suite at Keswick Rugby Club.

Qigong is a gentle, mindful practice that combines flowing movements, breathing and relaxation to help calm the mind, improve balance, increase energy and support overall wellbeing. It is suitable for all abilities, and no previous experience is needed.

Come along and enjoy some time to slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience the many benefits of this beautiful practice.
