Thursday 7am to 8am, Cockermouth

Thursday 7pm to 8.30pm, Keswick

Friday 11th at Lingholm is a whole morning. Yoga. Sauna. Lunch. Gorgeous.

Wednesday 23rd at Lingholm is a 60 minutes class.
