✨Personal Trainer Highlight ✨
Hey, I’m Beth! I grew up as a competitive endurance runner and kept it going well into my 20s, but these days I mostly run to stay active (if my joints can handle it!). What I really love now is lifting weights, getting strong and shaping my body.
I’ve always been pretty self-conscious about my appearance, and strength training has honestly been a real eye-opener. It’s given me confidence in the gym and even when I’m getting dressed up for a night out with the girls!
That’s why I love helping others do the same. I want to help you walk into any room feeling like an absolute boss, confident in yourself and your body. I know what it’s like to feel unsure in the gym, which is why I’m so passionate about guiding you, teaching you the ropes, and helping you reach your goals without second guessing yourself.
Outside of the gym and work, you’ll probably find me walking a mountain in the Peak District and finding a great coffee shop that makes amazing cakes.
