Initial Consultation (15) Informal chat by telephone or Zoom – Free*

Subsequent sessions £60.00 (1 hour) Online and Face to face sessions available. Depression, Anxiety, Weight Management, Menopause, Insomni

a.. Smoking Cessation £200 (1.5 to 2 hours)

Phobias £150.00 (3 x 1 hour sessions)

*FREE hypnosis MP3 after your first session.
