Heart breaking people think this is their only option. Too many get ill and die after and it's heart breaking

Yes dieting is hard but it's so worth it. This operation won't change your mindset you have to do that part. Is it a quick fix? Many come back to us because they still haven't sorted out their head out and need to lose the weight again.

Planning is the key to maintenance, and keep that journal going to keep track of your mindset as well.

There are great app to use to keep track of your calories.

Never lose that focus to why you started the plan in the first place and also keep a positive mindset.
