I ‘ M P R E S S I N G P A U S E on my Mum & Baby Nurture Classes until November. This is my first break in classes in over 5.5 years 😮 and I’m SO grateful to have consistently sold out every class during that time, but for this moment in time I’ve had to put down one of my many spinning plates for a while! 😅

Many of you know I also run and alongside the Nurture Hub and both keep me incredibly busy (alongside my lovely maternity clients 🥰). With 2 sold out retreats coming up in September and October and a new exciting offering about to launch for those on a fertility journey, I’ve had to make a call about where to put my energy as there is only one of me!

So, a huge thanks for your continued support (and apologies to those who have made enquiries about September), but my final block of the year will now start on 5th November.

N U R T U R E - ‘care for and protect (someone or something) while they are growing’

And here is the inspiration for the name of this part of my business, and my Mum and Baby Nurture classes.

You care for and protect your baby while they’re growing, and I’ll do the same for you while you’re growing into your new role as a mum, whether it’s the first, second or third time round. And from that place of being held, you’ll start to learn how important it is to nurture yourself once my classes are finished.

I T ‘ S A W R A P ! Another 5 lovely mums and babies graduated this week from my Mum and Baby Nurture classes. Another lovely group (they always are!) armed with a toolbox of info and techniques to support them and their little ones during the early weeks and months.

Time really is flying by now this year and I can’t believe in just under 4 weeks I’ll be starting my final class block prior to the summer break before I return in the Autumn 🤯

A R E Y O U L O O K I N G for a very special first baby class for you and your little one? My next Mum and Baby Nurture classes start on Tuesday 11th June - my final class block until the Autumn!

What’s to love about these classes?

💗 I’m the only qualified Reflexologist & Holistic Therapist in the area sharing a unique blend of Baby Massage & Reflexology techniques. I also share the science behind the routines to help you understand how what you learn will support your baby’s development, soothe and calm them and be supportive of common issues faced in the early weeks and months.

💗 Classes are home-based and restricted to 5 mums and babies so you’re guaranteed a home from home vibe, comfort and a non-stimulating environment.

💗 I provide a brunch which you select from my menu every week, alongside a hot drink. Trust me when I say that this is exactly what you need as a new mum - one less thing to think about on a Tuesday each week!

💗 Sessions are 2 hours long to give you plenty of time to learn, relax with your baby, attend to their needs whilst also enjoying your brunch and chatting to your new mum friends. This is all part of ensuring you have the space to nurture your own wellbeing too; it’s a no-rush zone!
