For years, I had every excuse under the sun.

"I'll start Monday." "I've got too much going on." "It's too hard." "I'll deal with it when life settles down."

The truth is, life rarely settles down.

It took serious health complications and the realisation that I might not always get another chance for me to finally make myself a priority.

The biggest change was my mindset which in turned kept me focused on my plan.

Working on my mindset helped me stop repeating the same patterns that had held me back for years. It taught me to respect myself, value my health, and make choices from a place of self-worth instead of frustration.

Do I still have setbacks? Absolutely.

The difference is they no longer become a reason to give up. They become part of the journey, and I move forward.

Today, I embrace the woman I've become. I'm healthier, happier, and far kinder to myself than I've ever been.

My interview sharing how I became a Cambridge Weight Loss Consultant, now known as THE 1:1 DIET.

On 17th June I celebrate 21 years in this incredible business.

What started as a way to earn a little extra income has grown into a career that has changed my life. Today I lead one of the largest teams in the UK and continue to support people in building successful businesses of their own.

I am looking for people who are passionate about helping others, excited about personal growth, and ready to build something meaningful for themselves.

This is ideal for people who:

• Want to work flexible hours around family, work, or other commitments
• Enjoy supporting and encouraging others
