🚨 Exciting update 🚨

Our weekly Adult ADHD Peer Support Group has a new home!

The team at Amino+ Coffee recently unveiled a new venue ’Ruh Bowl’ specialising in Açaï Bowls, coffees and much more.
So from August 2026 onwards, we will now be meeting every Monday at Ruh Bowl, 12 Market Place, Kettering, NN16 0AL.

Luckily, it is only a short stop away from Amino+, (down Market Street Mews and onto the Market Square).

A big thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding regarding the location change, and I hope to see you at our new hangout spot very soon!

The festive period can be particularly stressful and overstimulating for those who are neurodivergent.

So I will still be hosting the adult ADHD peer support group on Monday 22nd December, and Monday 29th of December, upstairs at Amino+ Coffee.

Drop in between 4pm and 6pm to spend time with others who understand, and can relate to the many challenges and complexities we can be faced with at this time of year.

Today was another great session!

We connected over many topics including the costs of ‘ADHD Tax’, how perfectionism can show up in our lives, and small steps we can take to challenge them.
