As part of my rebranding changes I have been offering my hypnotherapy for half price and that offer runs until the 31st May. As of the 1st June, I'll be charging full price of ยฃ80 (discounts available for bulk bookings).
Anyone who comes onboard before the 1st June will keep the introductory price for as long as they need it for.
The average number of sessions people need is just 10, just think about that for a moment...in only 10 weeks you could be a completely different person, free from stress, anxiety, overthinking, sleeping better, feeling yourself once again. You'll be able to enjoy the summer!

It's designed to be listened to whilst they fall asleep so they don't have to concentrate on it. Just press play and close eyes and let the recording do the rest. Listen to it every night, even days when there is no exam, until the last one is done.

A powerful practice we can all do every day to boost our satisfaction in life is to remember and write down all the things we do that make us happy. Seems too simple to work, but it really does. So here's a few of mine, memories of walking in the peak district, I love my massage room and the effect it has on people, I love working with James in The Brotherhood and I love live music (this was a Marilyn Manson gig!)
