I’m April, the founder of The Empress Movement 👑

I was once the woman who felt completely fu***ng unrecognisable to herself.

Stuck in a negative mindset.
Playing small.
Letting circumstances dictate what I could and couldn’t do.
Worrying about what other people would think.
Putting everyone else first and myself somewhere at the bottom of the list.

And honestly?
I had kept myself in a box for SO fu***ng long.

Until I decided enough was enough.

I decided to put ME first.
To bet on myself.
To stop waiting for the “perfect” circumstances.
To stop giving other people’s opinions more power than my own.
And to go ALL IN on me.

I’m still on that journey.

But somewhere along the way, I started becoming obsessed with the woman I’m becoming 🔥 and THAT is what Empress is all about 👑

Becoming the woman who takes up space.
Who backs herself.
Who looks in the mirror and actually fu***ng LOVES the woman looking back.
Who stops shrinking herself to fit into places she’s outgrown.

And I’m not here to pretend I have it all figured out.
