Christos Sarmpinis, The CQC Registered Manager at Deerwood Sanctuary Residential Care Home.
Christos has extensive experience and a strong passion for delivering high quality, person centred care.
With a background in Residential Care Management, Leadership, Safeguarding, Care planning, and Regulatory compliance, Christos has developed a deep understanding of what is required to provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for residents. He has experience overseeing Care Services, supporting care teams, working alongside healthcare professionals, and building strong relationships with residents and their families.
Christos is committed to ensuring that every resident receives care tailored to their individual needs, while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. His focus on quality improvement, staff development, and open communication helps create a positive community where residents and their loved ones feel valued and supported.
