This time of emotional awakening isn’t always easy. Deep feelings are coming to the surface and sometimes at the most inopportune times. It is part of this current shift and it is better to work them through than try to stuff them down and swallow them as you have done in the past.

Whatever it is that you are going through right now, it is about you learning to shine your light and allow your true expression to come through. It is about stepping up and out in the world and learning to work with this new skin that is emerging as you shed the old. This is about a part of you that is surfacing, doing what it has come here to do. You just have to get past this to see it.💜
