My Yoga Oxford

My Yoga Oxford Yoga teacher working in Oxford area. Many styles incorporated. All Levels welcome. Functional holistic approach.

Currently Teaching 9AM Saturday, Pure Gym, Oxford Central. Not prescribing to any one fixed system, my yoga’s goal is to educate students towards developing intuitive knowledge in their own anatomy and physiology. Practising yoga in such a way as to maintain health and vitality, creating energy, leading to greater mental clarity and a deeper understanding of how our practice improves our lives. A

typical class will focus on systems and muscle groups to help create deeper mobility, higher strength and faster restoration. For example, focusing on shoulders, hips, spine or rib cage combined with breathing in a functional and useful way. All classes will usually conclude with a deep and restorative Shavasana. Ultimately we hope that you can make my yoga your yoga, finding your body's needs and helping it to become more effective and comfortable in daily life.
