What an honour it is to say I'm tired from work.

Never did I imagine I'd be struggling to fit clients into my diary.

Never did I imagine I'd be fully booked.

Never did I imagine my little clinic would grow into a team.
Some days I still have to pinch myself.

CydWella has been built on blood, sweat, tears, long days, self-doubt and a stubborn determination to keep going.

We are delighted to welcome Lynne to the CydWella team as our new Clinical Reflexologist.

Lynne is a graduate member of the Association of Reflexologists with an impressive healthcare background spanning 36 years in Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting. Her wealth of clinical experience, combined with specialist reflexology training, allows her to provide personalised treatments tailored to each individual's needs.

💚 Lynne is passionate about creating a safe, calm and nurturing space where clients can relax, rebalance and support both their physical and emotional wellbeing.

Having recently returned to South Wales after spending 47 years living across the border, Lynne settled in Kidwelly a year ago and has quickly fallen in love with the warm and welcoming community here.

Why CydWella? ❤️

People often ask where the name CydWella came from and why we started.

The truth is, our story began long before we opened our clinic doors.

In 2025, our family found themselves on a journey no family ever wants to face when my cousin Luke was diagnosed with metastatic melanoma.

What followed was an incredible community effort, with people from across Kidwelly, Carmarthenshire and beyond coming together to support his fundraising campaign for life-changing immunotherapy treatment.

During that time, I witnessed the power of community, compassion and people pulling together for a common cause. 💖

As a physiotherapist, I also saw another need. Too many people in our rural communities were struggling to access timely rehabilitation, physiotherapy and support close to home. 🏡

What started as a small fundraising event, where physiotherapy and sports massage services were offered to support the cause, planted the seed for something bigger.

That seed became CydWella. 🌱

Inspired by our hometown of Cydweli (Kidwelly) and our belief in improving together, CydWella was built to provide accessible, high-quality healthcare within the communities we serve.

Today, we're proud to support people recovering from injury, managing long-term conditions, returning to sport and rebuilding confidence in their bodies. 👩‍⚕️

Our story started with community. It continues because of community. ✨
