Have you ever been intrigued by the thought of communicating with your own guide? I'm going to be running a course to help you do just that!
I have communicated with my own guides, and other people's guides for many years and it brings me such comfort. That soul that knows your path better than you, that can help you make the right choices, that can be the constant friend just there for times of loneliness or joy.
We'll help you learn to quiten your mind to allow their words to come through without you second guessing.
Each session will be in my Zen Den in Prestwick for 2 hours, run over 3 separate weeks, to allow you time to practice.
Limited spaces as I want to keep this an intimate learning space.
Introductory price of £70.

We will go over the history, from early practices to the modern world and then dive into practical workshop where you will learn to use it in your everyday life…… which can be used for daily check in or a full in depth look at your path ahead.

I am delighted to say that my Qi Gong classes are back on!!



Qi Gong Class restart Dates:



Tuesday 31st January

1030am @ 65 Club, Prestwick



Wednesday 1st February

630pm@ Prestwick Community Centre





Since I have been off ill for so long, I am doing a phased return to full class schedule so Yoga Classes restart dates are:



Tuesday 14th February

6pm @ 65 Club, Prestwick



Thursday 16th February

730pm @ Irvine Community Sports Club





Regarding Yoga Classes, this will be in a different format, more Yin. So if you could buy 2 x yoga bricks. These will help you support into the postures. 2 Bricks are usually less than £10, have a nosey on argos or amazon, I think Tesco might also have them. If you have never done Yin you are in for a treat. It's a more meditative practice yet really gets into stretching the fascia and muscles. All postures are sitting, kneeling or lying down.

Hi all, just a little update. I am still off ill. I was hoping to restart classes this week, alas I came down with Covid again over Christmas! (honestly I cannot believe my run of luck!!) So this has set me back a bit in my recovery.
Restart date is now Tuesday 31st January.
Regarding Yoga Classes, this will be in a different format, more Yin. So if you could buy 2 x yoga bricks.
