We recently launched a digital survey aimed at people who live in South Ayrshire.

The survey seeks to gain an understanding of:
• how digitally confident residents are and, if not, whether they would like support to learn;
• if any residents are digitally excluded in terms of access to digital devices/ Wi-Fi;
• For those who are digitally confident, what type of digital transactions they currently make and would like to make in future with the council and;
• how they would rate digital interactions they have had with council services to date.

Given the Council’s focus on Transformation and the way we deliver services, it is essential that we consult with local people so that their feedback can help us to shape services.

Paper copies are available in our libraries, and residents can also call 0300 123 0900 and a Customer Service advisor will complete the survey on their behalf.

The survey will close on Tuesday 30 June

We provide services to customers in a range of ways, including by phone, face-to-face and online. We are looking to expand and improve our digital provision to widen the range of ways residents can interact with the council.  Feedback from this survey will help shape the development of our serv...

A simple way to build a “safe + balanced” plate:
• Start with vegetables or salad
• Add a portion of protein (chicken, fish, beans, burgers)
• Keep sauces on the side so you can choose the amount
• If food has been out in warm weather for a while, don’t risk it — keep chilled foods cold and store leftovers safely
